Thank you for taking time to write this! I've already shared it with several of my clients who are feeling stuck in their AN recovery journey. Many of whom also have OCD. Do you see that combination in your practice?

Hi Liz! I’m so happy this was helpful for you and your clients. OCD commonly co-occurs with EDs. Here’s a link to the article I referenced that can be helpful to read as a clinician. https://psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/appi.ajp.2017.17030333

I am so glad that you are out there, equipped with the knowledge that you have, effecting change amongst some of the persons who need it most. Thank you; this was a great piece and I'm so pleased it materialised on my timeline.

Alice!

Thank you so much for your comment. After working with folks with EDs for years, I learned that there are so many people who think that they are alone in their experience when it is actually universal. It's so easy for folks with "behavioral" issues to get blamed, when physiology plays more of an impact than most of us are aware. It is SO important to me that this information is accessible to everyone. It really means SO much to me that this meant something to you!

XOXO,

Stephanie
